4 Tips for Saving Time on Content Creation + My Secret Weapon
It's easy to fall into the trap of spending too much time creating content for our business. From creating blog posts, to developing a weekly email newsletter, curating shares on social media, writing white papers, creating videos, and so much more, it feels like there's never enough hours in the week.
So today I thought I'd share some invaluable tips on how to reduce your workload when it comes to content creation, something I know I struggle with at times in order to hit my big goals in my business.
Tip #1: Cut back on quantity
It’s easy to assume that more is better and if we’re creating a ton of content, the right person will notice it and buy but this is far from the truth. It’s better to focus more on quality & consistency, than quantity. This also means creating content that are aligned with our big business goals - you know…the ones that will make us money.
Tip #2: Plan your content
Every month, set aside 30-minutes to plan out your content and marketing calendar for the upcoming month. Use a system that works for you like a Google sheet or this FREE Trello Board and map out your promotional plan (aka what offer you plan to promote) due dates, content types, etc.
Tip #3: Use content templates
So here’s the deal. You don't always have to start from scratch. Use templates, swipe files and guides to fast track your content creation.
Tip #4: Use an AI writer
To help you customize your template content for your unique business, use an AI writer. For instance, you can use an AI writer to help you write a social media caption or even content for your sales page. No more writer’s block for you!
